We are looking for Telecallers who can connect with merchants over phone calls, share information about our payment products, and generate quality leads for the field sales team.
Call potential merchants and introduce them to our digital payment solutions
Explain features, benefits, pricing, and usage in a clear and polite manner.
Identify interested merchants and pass the leads to the field executives for further visit.
Maintain daily call records, lead follow-ups, and update status in the system.
Achieve assigned call targets, lead targets, and daily productivity goals.
Handle basic merchant queries and offer quick support whenever required.
Share feedback from merchants to help improve communication and service.
Maintain professional behaviour and follow the company’s calling guidelines.
Good communication and convincing ability.
Basic understanding of digital payments and smartphone usage.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Prior telecalling/telesales experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
Discipline in reporting and maintaining records.
