  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management on business performance.
  • It is necessary for the State Head to hire 7 ZSM.

Knowledge & Abilities

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in sales management and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to drive growth.
  • Knowledge of financial services, banking, or fintech is an advantage.
