We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at KVR Finance. If you love meeting new people, enjoy working on the ground, and have a passion for sales, this role is perfect for you! Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, convert potential customers, and drive business growth by promoting our financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to sell financial products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers in a clear and convincing way.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct field visits, follow up with leads, and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
• Provide feedback to the team on market trends and customer needs.

Knowledge & Abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in pitching and convincing customers.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to sales.
• Basic knowledge of financial services or sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

✅ Other Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Experience: 0-2 years in field sales (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
• Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Language: Local language proficiency is a plus.
